The introduction sketches the Aryanization process in the Netherlands and the process of removal of Jewish teachers and 103 pupils from the Amsterdam technical schools. The documents include reproductions of letters from the Departement voor Onderwijs, Kunsten en Wetenschappen (Department for Education, Arts and Sciences), dated 1940-41, ordering the dismissal of Jewish teachers and pupils from public schools in the Netherlands; from directors of Amsterdam technical schools, dated 1941, containing a list of names and addresses of Jewish pupils, in compliance with the request of the Department; and registration cards of Jewish pupils of Amsterdam's technical schools which mention their removal due to their Jewish descent. Includes a list of Jewish boys who were removed from these schools and deported to extermination camps.
